This was my first experience in purchasing a home so I am unable to compare The Wendy Thompson Lending Team to another lender, but I would never deal with anyone else. The Wendy Thompson team did a wonderful job in helping us getting financed for a house. We are a military family and conducted our home search from Europe. Once we focused on a property, Wendy and her team were extremely helpful guiding us through the process. We had concerns about conducting a home purchase while being an ocean away but they provided fantastic support, both electronically and by phone. We were able to complete the loan application via a very easy to use web portal and when it came time to close on our home Wendy's team had the hard copy documents to us in Europe in plenty of time to review prior to signing.
